Get Down Tonight
Got some maternity clothes in the mail yesterday off ebay. Don't think I will last anywhere near 23 weeks in my normal clothes this time. Still don't feel terribly pregnant, only tired. Have some of the same food aversions and some new ones, garlic is not my friend right now.

Is this what I have to look forward to??

Does this mean I am in trouble in 15 years?? I think she looks like her father, I would never get that excited about Busch beer. This is actually an old picture, but i love it. I am feeling nostaligic to babies. I am having a hard time comprehending that I will have an infant in my arms in 9 months. With Gwendolyn, it took a year to get pregnant, so I had tons of time to wish and plan and dream. This baby was intended, but I am amazed it happened so fast. Matt is dieing to tell people. I had Gwendolyns t-shirt made yesterday so we are ready. I was planning on waiting till mothers day, but looks like Matt and my Dad may go bear hunting in Valdez. Plus, I don't know that Matt could hold out that long. I said that if we had a family meeting between now and then, we would announce. Looks like we will have one this weekend for family business. I am not sure how Marwan and Erin will feel, they only had the solo pregnancy for 2 weeks at this point. I hope they are excited to share this, we're committed.
I feel great with no morning sickness, but would LOVE to have a nap everyday. I am looking forward to people knowing.

Oh My God, 2 Lines!!
I have been meaning to post this since friday when I found out, but time has not been my friend. I managed to keep my mouth shut for two whole days without bursting at the seams. I bought a shirt with intentions of having the words "Worlds Greatest Big Sister (to be)" written on it. I bagged that idea for telling Matt. I didn't think I would have the patience to wait for him to notice what she was wearing, not so observant that one. We will use that shirt for telling our families. I decided to have Gwendolyn give him the test stick. Matt had a hockey gave this evening and we only saw each other for a couple minutes before he left, so I waited longer. I gave Gwendolyn her bath and had her in PJ's waiting to say goodnight to daddy after hockey. He came home and stayed down in the garage unpacking things for half an hour. I start stomping on the floor to get him to come up. After twice he opens the door and asks if I want some thing, yeah come say goodnight to baby. He starts up the stairs with a huge cooler in front of him, meanwhile I send Gwendolyn over to the top of the stairs with Daddys' present. She starts waving it around between the rails and I am standing behind her giggling. He asks "whats that, a pregnancy test?" Me, "yep and if you don't believe that one you can see this one" taking the one from the following morning out of my pocket. (yeah I had to take another one, like the first was lieing to me) Matt, wow I didn't think it would happen that fast. It took us a year and then Clomid last time. It's nice to have someone else know my news that I actually talk to. My driving force behind taking the test was the wrong smell of Burger King on friday. When I am pregnant I have an aversion to pattied meat, hamburgers or sausage patties, they are just wrong. Normally BBQ smell appealing, not now. I don't get nauseas, I just do not want that food.
Anyhow, I gave blood yesterday and should find out today an approximate due date. I am still so excited. I took it as a good sign that Matt had a night full of dreams on Sunday. He couldn't remember it all, but he was excited and telling everyone his news. I'll be back when I have a due date.
